Dear Sir/ MadamI am enquiring with regards to 'custom" tandem axle trailers, with uprated suspension and axle components suitable for 3500 kg load.We would be looking at a qty of 12 pieces, although there may be an ongoing business  if these trailers are cost effective, and are acceptable by our client.These are for OFF ROAD Use so trailers DO NOT need brake lights or electrical wiringEach trailer to have :A fully welded a box trailer ( all sides welded with no tailgate) with useable cargo area of 3000 mm x 2000 mm x 400 mm sides ( approx)4 x Heavy duty outriggers - Two (2) at front, and Two (2) at back- that extend out (from each side) with wind up/ down levelling handles Heavy duty retractable front jockey wheel Suitable Wheel chocks and welded brackets to front section of trailer Spare tyre welded to bracket Pintle type towing connection In photos *** you will see a custom Engineer designed mast bracket that is welded into the trailer, and which is to support a pneumatic telescopic mast. I provide engineering drawing (***) for this mounting mast bracket .Can your company fabricate and weld this mast mounting bracket (200 UBx22.3Kg Universal Beam) into the body of each trailer? Bracket comprises 1 off 2960 mm Main beam -welded to the sheet steel floor, and to front and rear wall2 off 1004 mm Side beams- welded to Main beam, and to the steel floor, and to the sides of the trailer 1 off  1500 mm vertical element with Hoop pipe support brackets . This van be supplied separately in the trailer and welded to trailer steelwork on site by client
