Hi there,
We run an ebike automated rental business in Australia. We currently have 50 ebikes and are using  the LINKA system locking however the motor is not adequate to unlock and the system jams and gives poor customer experience. We would like to sample your product and app and see what functions and reliability it offers to put into our fleet. Please see ourat sunshinecycles.com.au. Can we customis pricing and is the app good for customer experience? We will build our own app next year after R&D and use the API.
