Inclined Convery + Vibrating Table + Industrial Oven + Ramp We are looking for a complete automated solution to feed, orient, and heat brass billets for a hot forging process. The system must integrate storage, feeding, heating, and discharge, ready for robotic pick-up (robot is NOT included in this scope, only the signal interface). Here are the detailed technical requirements:
1. Material & Dimensions: Material: Brass (Latón). Shape: Cylindrical Billets. Reference Sizes: The system must be mechanically adjustable to handle different sizes, specifically: Diameter 19mm, Large 24mm; Diameter 18mm, Large 19mm$
2. Process Flow & Scope of Supply:
Step 1 - Storage & Elevation: A bulk storage hopper (bin) with an automatic inclined conveyor/stepper to lift the billets.
Step 2 - Orientation: A vibratory bowl feeder or aligning table to sort and singulate the billets (one by one) towards the furnace.
Step 3 - Heating: Industrial Furnace (Induction heating preferred) to reach a target temperature of 750°C - 780°C. Temperature control must be precise.
Step 4 - Discharge & Positioning: The heated billets must exit via a ramp/chute and land in a fixed, repetitive position to be picked up by a robot arm.
3. Automation & Control (Crucial): SCADA Connectivity: The system must allow real-time data extraction of key variables (temperature, cycle count, faults) via standard protocols (e. G., Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP). Robot Interface: The PLC must have I/O capability to handshake with an external robot (signals for "Part Ready, " "Heater Ready, " "Fault, " etc. ).
4. Additional Information Required: Please specify the total power consumption (kW). Please specify the heating cycle time (seconds per billet) for the mentioned sizes.
