- Emission control systems: DPF, SCR, DOC, EGR (as applicable)
2. MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)
The supplier must provide, without exception:
- Official EPA Tier 4i / Tier 4F or EU Stage IIIB / IV / V certificate, including a verifiable certification
number.
- Emissions test report with measured values of NOx, PM, CO and HC, indicating the applicable test
cycle.
- Complete technical datasheet of the engine.
- Engine family identification.
- Photograph of the engine nameplate showing model and serial number.
- Confirmation that the engine includes full aftertreatment systems: DPF / SCR / DOC and related
components.
3. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
- Written warranty terms (minimum 12 months or equivalent operating hours).
- Availability of spare parts.
- Estimated lead time and technical support conditions.
4. COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS REQUIRED
- Quantity: 3 engines
- Unit price: FOB only
- Port of departure: to be specified
- Lead time: production + dispatch
- Payment terms: to be specified
- HS Code: to be specified
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
According to Colombian environmental regulations, only engines with verifiable Tier 4 Interim / Tier 4
Final or EU Stage IIIB or higher certification will be accepted.
All documentation provided must be official, authentic and verifiable by the environmental authority.
