3. **Food quality / frying cycle**
– When using daily operation and 35-second frying time:
Is it necessary to discard fries after a certain time if demand is low?
– Recommended procedure for hygiene and oil maintenance.

4. **Weather conditions**
– Can the machine work outdoors in temperatures from -10 °C to +35 °C?
– Is waterproof protection included (IP rating)?

5. **EU compliance**
– Do your machines have CE certification suitable for the EU market?
– Can you provide CE documents and test reports?

6. **Feedback from operators**
– Do you have customers already using your machines?
– What is their average number of portions sold per day?

7. **Machine lifespan**
– What is the expected working life of the machine?
– Which parts usually need replacement after long-term use?

8. **Manufacturing details**
– Where exactly is the machine manufactured (province, factory location)?
– Which components are made in-house and which are outsourced?
– Do you allow factory visits or virtual video tours?

We plan to purchase **1 machine for testing**, and if the pilot is successful, expand to several more units across Slovakia.
