阿尔及利亚求购面包棍生产线(breadsticks production line)

Dear,

I am planning to set up a production line for Italian-style breadsticks (grissini) and Spanish-style breadsticks (picos) in Algeria. I am interested in a complete production line with a capacity of approximately 100kg per day (8-10 hours operation).

The production line should include the following equipment:

1. Dough mixer (suitable for our recipe) 20-25 kg

2. Proofing cabinet (fermentation chamber)

3. Vertical extruder line (similar to the model in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AfoNNRbcRc) that can form both grissini (long and thin) and picos (short and thick) by changing dies.

4. Gas- oven (with temperature control)

5. Cooling conveyor

6. Packaging machine for both small retail packs (250g, 500g) and larger professional packs (1kg)

Key requirements:

- The extruder should be able to handle two different sizes (grissini and picos) with quick die change.

- Grissini die: 5mm diameter, 20cm length

- Picos die: 4mm diameter, 5cm length

- The entire line should be made of food-grade materials (stainless steel 304 or 316 for food contact parts).

- We need the line to be energy-efficient and suitable for operation in Algeria (voltage: 380V, 50Hz).

Please provide:

1. Detailed technical specifications of the proposed line.

2. Price (EXW and CIF Oan ) for the complete line.

3. Estimated lead time from order confirmation to delivery.

4. Freight cost estimation to Oran, Algeria.

5. Any references or client testimonials, especially in North Africa.

6. Videos of the actual machines in operation (preferably with similar products).

Additionally, I would like to know:

- What after-sales support do you offer (installation guidance, training, warranty)?

- Are the machines easy to maintain in Algeria (availability of spare parts)?
