I represent a Russian engineering company. We are creating lines for the production of dairy products.

We are planning a project for high-quality soymilk production and are interested in a complete processing line with a capacity of 5,000 kg per hour of soymilk

We require a specific technology:

1. Dry process: Reception, cleaning, peeling.

2. Hot Grinding (Thermo-mechanical) Process: Grinding the beans with hot water (90-100°C) in a colloid mill to inactivate ferment

3. Heating and Retention: Cooking the slurry at 95°C for 15-25 minutes.

4. Separation: Using a Decanter Centrifuge for liquid-solid separation to obtain the highest quality milk.
