Bird Feeder We are seeking quotations for the timber frame (housing) of a small bird feeder (see ***). Please quote for an initial production run of 300 units and include pricing for larger quantities (price breaks at 500 / 1, 000 / 2, 000 PCS).

Basic requirements
- Material: Pine timber (dry, kiln-dried, S4S / planed).
- Finish: Sanded and two coats of teak-coloured varnish (durable, clear/coating type to be specified).
- Hardware: Hinges and screws assembled to the unit and supplied with each unit.
- Additional part: An extra bottom piece screwed (in the recessed section) on to seal the box from underneath (not glued).
- Units should be delivered pre-assembled (frame and hardware), boxed for export.

1. Unit price (DDP Brisbane, Australia).
2. MOQ and price breaks (500 / 1000 / 2000).
3. Sample availability, sample cost and lead time (including shipping to Brisbane).
4. Lead time for production after sample approval.
5. Estimated tooling/ setup charges (if any).
6. Packing method and carton dimensions/ weight per carton/ units per carton.
7. Payment terms: D/P
8. Warranty/ defect policy and acceptable defect rate.
9. Photos of similar products and a brief description of your factory capacity and export experience.
10. Any certifications (e. G., FSC timber) or compliance information you hold.
