DC Reading light
Reading light shall be of the wall-mounted type CFL with 3W bulbs, or LED type providing a minimum of 100 lumens. A reflector shall be provided to protect eyes from intense light, and provide for proper diffusion.  The lamp head shall be adjustable for easy reading.
Solid state White Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps.  White LED lamps are acceptable so long as they equal or exceed the performance of fluorescent lamps noted above, in particular with respect to luminous efficacy, lumen output, lumen retention and lifetime.
