Dear Sir/Madam,

We are currently seeking a reliable supplier for 50 metric tons of Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil, CIF Hamburg.

Due to the high number of fraudulent operators in the market, our initial payment terms are as follows:

20% upon loading, against shipping documents including Bill of Lading (BL)

70% upon delivery in Hamburg
As a first step, we will place a trial order of one 20-foot container, with packaging in 1L, 3L and 5L bottles.

Operating under German law, we are obliged to fulfill all commitments, and expect the same from our partners.
