Buyer is saying that buyer has to confirm fisrt that sellers  can supply and provide:
*1* Payment NT DLC only
*2* qty 10.000MT x 12 month
*3* Seller has to provide after SPA or before past perfomance that seller has experien
*4* Target price : Best price
*5* Destination port CIF Bangldesh
*6* Packing 2 littres bottle with buyer logo
can seller do this ??
after confirmation buyer will issue LOI or ICPO immediatly
