Letter of Intent for the Purchase of Aluminum

We, ANA COMPANY, hereby submit this Letter of Intent (LOI) to express our interest in entering into an aluminum purchase agreement for the supply of aluminum alloys under the terms and conditions set forth below.
We intend to purchase the following material: aluminum (6060 and 6063 aluminum alloys and 7" 178 mm aluminum rolls, 6000 mm long)
3000 tons per month at the port of Burgas, Bulgaria.
Please note that this letter expresses our serious interest in establishing a business partnership for the purchase of aluminum alloys.
