阿根廷求购锂项目(MSR's lithium project: Virgen del Valle Litio)

The world is undergoing an unprecedented change towards a new era of electromobility. The market explosion of electronic devices and electric vehicles has led to an exorbitant increase in the demand of more autonomous and powerful batteries. This demand is growing proportionally to the establishment of giga-factories around the world.

Our team at Minera Santa Rita S.R.L. (MSR) plays a part in this radical change with its own project Virgen del Valle Litio aimed at the exploitation and extraction of lithium brine and the production of lithium hydroxide. This project is located in Salar del Hombre Muerto, Argentina, one of the salt lakes with greater resources in the world. Our brine抯 concentration is of ~650 mg/l lithium, with peaks of up to ~900 mg/l lithium.

We have devoted the last 5 years to the exploration, research and development stage and we have obtained very positive results. In 2021, we will be producing lithium hydroxide battery grade in a pilot plant on a scale 1:10 of 1,750/tpa.
