I'm Charat Butngam, a buyer representative from SERAPH TRADING (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Based on my information I believe you might be able to provide my company with the following types of fertilizer:

- UREA GRANULAR N46
- UREA PRILLED N46
- TSP
- MOP

We require these products for import to Sri Lanka (see our *** import license)
We are looking for a supplier who can provide us with an initial (test ) shipment of 27 tons UREA GRANULAR N46 at a competitive price.

Should this initial shipment meet our requirements both in quality and logistics, we will proceed to order approximately 5,000 to 10,000 tons per month.
Should you be able and interested, please note we require the following:

1) A quotation for 27 tonnes for Granular Urea 46% (USD/tonne FOB)

2) Once we agree on the price and provide you with a PO, we will require a test report from an ISO certified fertilizer testing lab prior to shipping (requirement from the Sri Lanka government for arranging initial clearance).

3) Your terms and conditions for payment and shipping after this initial order. The initial order (after receiving the test report) will be paid directly to your bank account based on an official invoice.
