Dear Supplier

We are particularly interested in sourcing the following products directly from producers:

Urea Pearl (46% N): 6,000 MT

Diammonium Phosphate – DAP (18-46-0): 4,000 MT

Potassium Chloride – KCl (Granular, 60% K₂O): 5,000 MT

Contractual Quantity: 15,000 MT
Trial / Initial Shipment: 1,500 MT (Urea 600 MT, DAP 400 MT, KCl 500 MT)
Subsequent Shipments: weekly 1,500 MT or biweekly 2,500 MT as per mutual agreement
Delivery: CIF Dakar port -Senegal-West Africa
Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential extension for yearly agreements

Proforma Invoice for the trial shipment (1,500 MT)

Technical Data Sheets of the products

Certificate of Origin

Your best price quotation (FOB origin and CIF Dakar port -Senegal)

Details of payment terms, production capacity, and loading schedule
