Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inquire about your table top vending machine and also range of bean-to-cup espresso machines. Do you have representative or distributor in Indonesia? Could you please provide us with your product range, price list and discount based on volume order?

For your background information, we sell roasted coffee and coffee machines to four and five stars hotels, currently we have almost 200 customer base. We have been in this business since 2002.

We are a family-owned company which focuses on roasted coffee bean bulk trading, we are basically a roastery as well a coffee machine supplier supported with workshop and a team of professional technicians.

Our company has been in this field since 2002 starting from a humble roasted coffee trader, and now still a humble but already trusted roastery which has hundreds of customer-base which consists of mostly four to five stars hotels.

The nature of our business model and the transaction with most of our customers (which are mostly hotels) is that we discuss the number and models of machines the user required, and then we advise them the appropriate amount of minimum amount of coffee the user is required to procure from us monthly. Then a bi-annual contract is agreed by all party, where we as the vendor invests in the machines and also all maintenance and technical matters shall be inclusive with the price of the coffee (usually higher price than just selling roasted bean since risk premium of upfront machine investment is incurred).

Currently we have almost 1,000 units of mixed brand and model of coffee machines invested and spread among all of our customers. Our future plan is to replace all of the existing machines with single brand vending machines (and some 'still irreplaceable' semi-automatics model) in order to streamline our business in in inventory, asset management as well as sales monitoring. Most of our existing machines are fully automatic machines.
