Hi,
I am interested in having underwear for men manufactured with graphic designs on them. There would be 4 styles (boxer briefs, briefs, trunks and bikinis) in American (U.S.) sizes from small to extra large.
The fabric type should be form fitting and I would like to use a fabric type such as a modal/polyester blend with moisture wicking, fast drying, anti-microbial capability.
The graphics would be printed most likely with sublimation, screen print or Digital to Graphic (DTG).
The underwear would contain a gusset placed around the inseams and also have a 3D fly pouch.
The sewn on elastic waistband should be made with microfiber or have the inside brushed for softer feel.
There would be a customized logo on the elastic.
Is your company able to manufacture this type of underwear? If yes, what is the cost per unit and what are the unit minimums? I am located in California, USA.
I have the graphic design templates and tech packs prepared should we be able to proceed with production.
